Strength & conditioning in Nallagandla
Build physical capacity for everyday life, exercise or sport with a programme that fits your starting point.
Care that starts with understanding you.
Strength and conditioning connects rehabilitation with the physical demands of daily life and sport. At ProRehab, training is informed by your goals, movement capacity and exercise history. Programmes can support active adults, people progressing beyond rehabilitation and athletes developing their performance.
What we can help you work towards
- Progressive strength and functional training
- Movement screening and injury-prevention programmes
- Sport-specific strength, coordination and conditioning
- Return-to-performance work following rehabilitation

Your rehabilitation plan
Programmes may combine resistance exercise, mobility work and conditioning tasks. Exercise selection and progression are adapted to your experience and response. Where an injury or medical condition is present, rehabilitation needs and relevant medical advice are considered before progressing your training.
Your first visit is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss expected next steps and understand how progress will be reviewed. Please bring relevant reports or prescriptions.
